Impact Turner signed a one-year contract with San Francisco in March after spending the first six seasons of his career in Arizona. The Washington product has primarily been a special teams contributor during that time. In a corresponding move, the 49ers signed defensive tackle Nick Williams with Kalia Davis expected to undergo knee surgery.
