Impact Bailey joined Kansas City as an undrafted free agent in the spring, and despite not making their 53-man roster out of training camp, managed to secure a spot on their practice squad. However, for now, his time with the Chiefs franchise will end and he'll have to work to find another opportunity.

Returns to KC's practice squad The Chiefs signed Bailey to their practice squad Saturday, Pete Sweeney of ArrowheadPride.com reports.
Impact It was a roller-coaster week for Bailey -- he was waived by Kansas City on Tuesday, signed to the practice squad Wednesday, cut Friday and then re-signed to the practice squad Saturday. The Chiefs also signed defensive lineman Marlon Tuipulotu to their practice squad Saturday while cutting defensive linemen Matt Dickerson and Neil Farrell.

Impact Bailey was unable to make the Chiefs' 53-man roster, losing out to Carson Steele for the No. 4 running back role. Bailey rushed for 29 yards on 10 carries and caught one pass for four yards across the Chiefs' three preseason games. He was invited to the practice squad Wednesday, but he will be let go to make room for quarterback Bailey Zappe on the taxi squad.
