Nursing hamstring injury Hayden was removed from Sunday's game against the Bengals with a hamstring injury.

Impact Hayden had three tackles and a pass breakup before exiting the game during the second half with the hamstring issue. CJ Henderson (shoulder) left earlier in the contest, leaving Tre Herndon, Chris Claybrooks and Sidney Jones as the only healthy cornerbacks available.

Clears concussion protocol Hayden cleared the concussion protocol Monday, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.

Impact The 30-year-old exited late during Sunday's loss to the Titans to be evaluated for a concussion, but he cleared the league-mandated protocol. Hayden should continue to operate as Jacksonville's nickel corner heading into Thursday's matchup with Miami.

Impact Hayden was placed on the list Saturday after Jaguars veterans reported to the team facility. There hasn't been any detail provided on his knee injury, but a short stint on the PUP list suggests it isn't too serious. The 30-year-old figures to reprise his role as Jacksonville's nickel corner, a job that translated to 41 tackles (32 solo), six pass defenses and two sacks in 15 games (10 starts) last year.
