Impact Maxwell missed all of last season due to a knee injury and continued to recover through the beginning of training camp. He appears to be past the knee issue and will now be able to both practice and participate in preseason contests. Maxwell is a long shot to make the Bengals' 53-man roster but could offer organizational depth as a member of the team's practice squad.
