The 6-foot-6 tight end will now be subject to waivers before getting the opportunity to sign elsewhere -- should he go unclaimed.

Finds work in Seattle Garrison signed with the Seahawks on Monday, Graham Kinsinger of the team's official site reports.

Impact Garrison went undrafted out of Pittsburg State this past offseason, but he's found a new home in Seattle. The 6-foot-6 tight end received AP All-American honors twice during his collegiate career, accumulating 1,581 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns across 41 games. He's expected to compete for a depth role in the Seahawks' TE room as the preseason progresses.
