Removed from COVID-19 list
Harris (illness) was removed from the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Impact
Harris spent time on the COVID-19 list during the third and final week of his league-imposed suspension, but if he checks out fine from a conditioning standpoint, he could step into a big role this Sunday against Carolina. Starting wideout Tre'Quan Smith (chest) has been ruled out already, with backups Lil'Jordan Humphrey (illness) and Ty Montgomery (back) listed as questionable. Still, there's not a ton of upside for the Saints' passing game with Taysom Hill at quarterback.

Suspension over, still on COVID list
Harris' (undisclosed) suspension was lifted Tuesday, but he remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Impact
Harris found himself on the COVID-19 list Sunday, just one day before he was set to fulfill his three-game ban for violating the NFL's policy and program for substances of abuse. If he clears amended league protocols in time to play Week 16 against the Panthers, he should join Marquez Callaway, Lil'Jordan Humphrey and potentially Tre'Quan Smith (chest) as the primary wide receivers for whoever happens to be available at quarterback for the Saints.

Moves to COVID-19 list
The Saints placed Harris (suspension) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Sunday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Impact
Harris has one game to go on his three-game suspension, which will be served once the Saints play Monday against the Dolphins. Once the ban is lifted Tuesday, though, he'll already be on a different reserve list, with his return to the team subject to COVID-19 protocols. If Harris is able to at some point in the next week, he'll be eligible to play next Sunday versus the Panthers.

Loses appeal, faces three-game ban
The NFL announced that Harris' three-game suspension was upheld following his appeal and will go into effect beginning with the Saints' Week 14 game Sunday against the Jets, Kather...
Impact
Harris was handed the suspension in late November following his July arrest on a DWI charge, but he was able to play in the Saints' past two games while waiting for his appeal to be heard. An already shallow New Orleans pass-catching group will now become even weaker with the loss of Harris, who leads the team with 523 receiving yards and ranks second with 31 receptions through his 11 appearances. He'll be eligible to rejoin the lineup for the Saints' Week 17 game against the Dolphins on Jan. 2. While Harris is out, the Saints likely will turn to a combination of Ty Montgomery, Lil'Jordan Humphrey and Kenny Stills to serve as their No. 3 wideout alongside starters Tre'Quan Smith and Marquez Callaway.

Scores long receiving TD
Harris secured four of eight targets for 96 yards and a touchdown, rushed once for three yards and returned four punts for 37 yards in the Saints' 27-17 loss to the Cowboys on Thur...
Impact
The speedster put the icing on his fantasy performance with a 70-yard touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter that turned out to be meaningless to the game's outcome but certainly propped up his final tally significantly. Harris' score was his third of the season and first since Week 5, and his yardage total both paced the Saints and qualified as a career high. If the 23-year-old is successful in his appeal of a three-game ban for violation of the league's policy and program for substances of abuse, he'll next have an opportunity to build on his numbers against the Jets on the road in Week 14 a week from Sunday.

Appealing three-game ban
Harris was handed a three-game suspension for violating the NFL's policy and program for substances of abuse, and he's opted to appeal the ban, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Impact
Harris was able to play Thursday against the Bills due to the appeal, catching one of five targets for nine yards and returning four kickoffs for 61 yards and one punt for 12 yards. The 23-year-old will remain eligible to play until a decision is made on his appeal.

Does little with five targets
Harris caught two of five targets for 11 yards during Sunday's 40-29 loss to Philadelphia.
Impact
Harris again ran as the No. 3 receiver behind Tre'Quan Smith and Marquez Callaway. The Saints tried to hit him deep on more than one occasion, but the absence of the New Orleans' starting left and right tackles made it hard for some passing plays to develop. While it's possible he could break one loose in any given game -- like he did in Week 1 and Week 5 -- Harris will remain a dart throw in most fantasy formats entering a Week 12 matchup with Buffalo.

Works as deep threat
Harris recorded three receptions on four targets for 84 yards in Sunday's 23-21 loss to the Titans.
Impact
Harris saw his role dip, as he entered the game having commanded at least seven targets in three of his last four games. Even so, he made the most of his opportunity by recording receptions of 46, 21 and 17 yards to post his best yardage total in a contest this season. Harris has now managed nine receptions for 136 yards across two games with Trevor Siemian as the starting quarterback heading into a Week 11 matchup against the Eagles.
