Impact Phillips has been a bit of a journeyman to start his NFL career, logging stints with the Falcons and Bills in his first two seasons. He has played in only two NFL games, with all 14 of his snaps coming on special teams, so he will most likely be in line for a special teams role to begin his stint in New York.
