Impact Hill only appeared in two games for the Seahawks last season, tallying 10 tackles before going down with a back injury. The fifth-year safety is also currently on the physically unable to perform list so he will have to come off both before he's able to return to the field. When he does he will likely fill a depth role for Carolina's secondary.
