Joining Dolphins Nichols signed a contract with the Dolphins on Thursday, Travis Wingfield of the team's official site reports.

Impact Nichols has previously spent time with the Cardinals over the past two seasons and even logged a stint in the XFL, recording three interceptions for the Houston Roughnecks. He'll now look to compete for a reserve role in the Dolphins' secondary.
