Impact The safety and special teamer suited up for 14 games with the Seahawks last year, seeing action on 252 special-teams snaps and 95 defensive snaps, though he ended the season with the Panthers. Bell made 15 tackles (six solo) for Seattle in 2025.

Impact Bell was dropped by the Seahawks in mid-December, but he's since found a new home in Carolina. The West Florida product appeared in 14 games for Seattle this season, recording 15 total tackles, including 0.5 sacks, while playing 347 total snaps (252 on special teams, 95 on defense). The 28-year-old safety will spend the offseason working to establish himself as a reliable special-teamer with his new team.
