Designated to return from IR Williams (ankle) was designated to return from injured reserve Tuesday, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official website reports.

Impact Williams has been out since undergoing ankle surgery in early August and the team has now opened a 21-day window for him to return to practice and ultimately be added to the active roster.
