Gearing up for Week 2
Davis (hamstring) was a full practice participant Friday and doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest against the Jaguars, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Impact
After progressing from Wednesday's DNP to Friday's uncapped session, Davis is ready to roll for Week 2, when the Titans will be without No. 1 wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee). Thus, Davis has a great shot to replicate his standout performance from the team's season-opening win at Denver, in which he hauled in seven of eight targets for 101 yards.

Turns in limited practice
Davis (hamstring) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Impact
Davis was withheld from Wednesday's session, the Titans' first practice since he led the team with seven receptions for 101 yards in Monday's 16-14 win over the Broncos. Though he picked up a hamstring injury along the way, Davis' ability to get back on the field in some capacity Thursday is encouraging, though Erik Bacharach of The Tennessean notes that the receiver was sporting a protective sleeve over his right leg during the practice. If Davis is able to advance to full work in Friday's practice, fantasy managers would likely feel good about his condition heading into the Titans' Week 2 game against Jacksonville.

Dealing with hamstring issue
Davis didn't practice Wednesday due to a hamstring injury, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Impact
Davis was initially listed as questionable ahead of Monday's win against the Broncos due to the hamstring injury, but he managed to play through the issue and racked up seven catches for 101 yards. As long as Davis is able to resume practicing Thursday, there won't be any real reason to worry about his status for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. If he's indeed cleared to suit up against Jacksonville, Davis will get a prime opportunity to keep the momentum going versus an inexperienced secondary.

Not seen on practice field
Davis isn't on the field for the portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Impact
Davis could just be taking a rest day coming off a 101-yard receiving performance during Monday's win over Denver. The Titans' first practice report of the week will be released later Wednesday, at which point the extent of Davis' participation in the session will become known. Fellow wideout A.J. Brown was also absent during the early portion of practice.

Huge Week 1 against Denver
Davis caught seven of eight targets for 101 receiving yards during Monday's 16-14 win against the Broncos.
Impact
There is buzz surrounding promising young wide receivers each fantasy draft season, hypothesizing about which players may achieve the trademark "second-year breakout" so common to the position. Davis is attempting to achieve the unorthodox fourth-year breakout, and given that he had top-five overall talent coming out of Western Michigan in 2017, he may just defy the odds. Davis attracted a middling target share last year as A.J. Brown posted a historic rookie campaign, garnering fewer than five targets per game en route to a 601-yard, two-touchdown season. In collecting eight targets Week 1 Davis surpassed all of his single-game totals from 2019, while also eclipsing 100 receiving yards for the first time since Nov. 11, 2018. He'll now get ready for a Week 2 matchup against division rival Jacksonville, an opponent against which he only generated five catches and 73 yards across two appearances last year.

Playing Week 1
Davis (hamstring) is active for Monday's game in Denver, John Glennon of The Athletic reports.
Impact
Davis followed an LP/FP/FP practice regimen this week, but the Titans still placed a questionable tag on the fourth-year receiver. Now that he's deemed available, he'll serve in his customary No. 2 wide receiver role behind fellow starter A.J. Brown.

Set to play Monday
Davis (hamstring) is expected to suit up Monday at Denver, Paul Kuharsky of 104.5 The Zone Nashville reports.
Impact
After starting Week 1 prep with a limited session, Davis wrapped it up with back-to-back full practices but still received a questionable designation. Per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site, Davis went through a pregame workout, during which he must have fared well enough to get the all-clear for the season opener. The team will make the decision official about 90 minutes before Monday's 10:20 p.m. ET kickoff.

Still questionable, practices fully
Davis (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Monday's game, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Impact
Davis practiced fully both Friday and Saturday, so it seems like a mere formality the 2017 first-round pick will be active for the team's opener. Expect Davis to work in tandem with 2020 breakout wide receiver A.J. Brown in Monday's extra late-night matchup against the Broncos.

Good to go
Davis (hamstring) practiced fully Friday. Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Impact
Davis was limited on Thursday, but now that he's practicing fully, the wideout is slated to start opposite top option A.J. Brown in Monday night's season opener against the Broncos. Davis' performance last year (43-601-2 in 15 games) relative to where he was drafted -- No. 5 overall in 2017 -- was disappointing, but the 6-foot-3, 209-pounder has plenty of untapped potential if he can bring more consistency to his game in 2020.
