Impact Arizona designated Edmonds for return prior to a Week 14 matchup with the Rams but ultimately didn't bring him back to the active roster. Now, after the fourth-year pro has a week of on-field reps under his belt, including running routes at Friday's session, he'll rejoin James Conner (ankle) at the top of the backfield pecking order.
