Impact Harris was cut by Carolina on Monday. The Eagles lost Brandon Graham to a season-ending torn triceps in Sunday night's win over the Rams, so Harris makes sense as a depth piece. Prior to his ouster, Harris recorded 21 total tackles, including 3.0 sacks, for Carolina.
