Misses field goal in win Santos made one of his two field-goal attempts and all four PATs in the Bears' 31-23 win over the Falcons on Sunday.

Impact Santos missed a 56-yard field-goal attempt in the second quarter before redeeming himself with a 50-yard make in the fourth quarter. The kicker is now 8-for-11 on field-goal attempts and a perfect 18-for-18 on PATs over six regular-season games in 2026.

Quiet day at Lambeau Field Santos missed his lone field-goal attempt and converted on his only PAT during the Bears' 31-7 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

Impact The Bears' offense struggled during Sunday's loss, which saw Tyson Bagent benched for Case Keenum after the former threw an interception late in the third quarter. Santos missed on his only field-goal attempt of the day, which was from 43 yards midway through the third quarter that would have reduced Chicago's deficit to 20-10. It was the first time through five games this season that Santos did not make a field goal, and the Bears' offensive production figures to have a limited ceiling for as long as Caleb Williams (hamstring) is sidelined. The Bears will stay on the road for Week 6 against the Falcons on Oct. 18.

Impact Santos made a pair of 30-yard field goals in the first half before adding a chip-shot 21-yarder in the fourth quarter. The kicker has now made at least one field goal in each of the team's first four contests, going 7-for-8 on field-goal attempts while making all 13 of his extra-point tries to this point in the season.

Good to go for Week 3 Santos (hip) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Eagles.

Impact Santos popped up on Friday's injury report as a DNP due to a right hip issue, but he was a full participant in Saturday's session and has been cleared to play Monday night. He's gone 2-for-3 on field-goal attempts and 8-for-8 on extra-point tries through the first two games of the regular season.

DNP on Friday Santos (right hip) didn't practice Friday.

Impact This follows the Bears listing Santos as a non-participant on Thursday's estimated practice report due to a right hip injury. Per Courtney Cronin of ESPN, Chicago hasn't tried out a kicker as of Friday, so perhaps the team is confident in Santos being available for Monday's contest against the Eagles. Through two games this season, Santos has connected on two of three field-goal attempts and all eight point-after tries.

Sits out first Week 3 practice Santos was a non-participant in Thursday's practice estimate due to a right hip injury.

Impact Santos had a kick blocked in this past Sunday's weather-affected 9-3 loss to the Vikings, but he's otherwise been perfect through the first two weeks of the season, converting on field-goal tries of 40 and 50 yards and going 8-for-8 on extra-point attempts. The Bears don't have any kickers on their practice squad, and Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune notes that the team didn't bring in any kickers for workouts Thursday either, so the expectation is that Santos' hip injury is a minor concern that won't prevent him from playing Monday night against the Eagles.

Blocked kick in close loss Santos made one of his two field-goal attempts in the Bears' 9-3 loss to the Vikings on Sunday.

Impact Santos converted a 50-yard field-goal attempt on the Bears' first drive of the game, resulting in the team's only points throughout the contest. The kicker had a chance to tie the game at six points in the fourth quarter but the 23-yard attempt was blocked by Isaiah Rodgers. Santos has made two of his three field goals this season and all eight of his PATs through two weeks.

Impact Santos was only called upon for a 40-yard field goal, but the kicker's consistency netted the Bears a total of 11 points. The 34-year-old made all 39 of his point-after attempts in 2025 and has continued that streak through a Week 1 offensive masterclass in 2026.
