More involved versus Chargers Pringle reeled in three of his four targets for 22 yards during Thursday's game versus the Steelers.

Impact Pringle finished with just one catch in each of the previous three games so his added involvement on offense Thursday is a good sign as the regular season begins to wind down. That being said, he turned those three grabs into just 22 yards and there isn't enough consistent volume to make him a viable asset in most fantasy leagues at this point.

The likes of Pringle, Mecole Hardman, Josh Gordon and Demarcus Robinson can't be counted on to deliver fantasy-friendly performances on a weekly basis.

The Chiefs offense didn't get much going through the air Sunday, and Pringle's 37-yard grab was the team's longest play of the day. The veteran wideout enters the team's Week 12 bye with a total of 23 catches, 338 yards and three touchdowns on the campaign.

Impact What's more encouraging yet for Pringle is that he saw a season-high 45 snaps (60 percent) in the contest, playing more than Mecole Hardman on the night. If this is a sign of things to come, Pringle could be in line for additional looks in the passing game moving forward. It's also possible Hardman just fell into the doghouse after another drop, but Pringle performed reasonably well in his expanded role, so he could have a chance at more reps in future weeks.

He's still unreliable as a fantasy option, but he could sneak his way into the conversation on occasion.

Pringle chipped in a number of explosive plays, including receptions of 25, 23 and 12 yards. Despite the strong performance, Pringle has managed three or fewer targets in six of seven games this season, so his production moving forward is likely to be inconsistent at best.
