Impact Parker was with Las Vegas during training camp and went on IR in mid-August after suffering an undisclosed injury. He was subsequently released with an injury settlement but has now rejoined the organization as part of the practice squad. Parker was a third-round draft pick by the Raiders in 2018, and his experience and familiarity with the club could help him eventually work his way back to the active roster.
