Impact Russell sat out Wednesday's practice due to a shoulder issue before logging a limited session Thursday. The tight end was able to return to full practice participation Friday and thus doesn't have an injury designation heading into the weekend. Though he seems set to suit up Sunday, Russell isn't likely to be a major factor in Seattle's offense since he has logged just 10 offensive snaps through two weeks. Most of his work (50 snaps) has come on special teams.

Impact Russell opened the week as a DNP on Wednesday, but he was able to practice in a limited capacity Thursday. His participation in Friday's session will provide a better indication of his status for Week 3 against the Dolphins. Russell has primarily operated on special teams over the first two games of the regular season, and while he is listed as the Seahawks' fourth tight end on the depth chart, he could see more action Sunday if Noah Fant (toe) and/or Pharaoh Brown (foot) cannot play.
