Eagles fire coach Doug Pederson 3 years after Super Bowl win The Philadelphia Eagles fired coach Doug Pederson less than three years after he led them to the franchise’s only Super Bowl title

Impact Scott made his third spot start in place of Sanders this season, and the results were on par with his previous opportunities where he turned in solid, yet unspectacular fantasy lines. The 25-year-old is solid backup with the ability to operate as a pass catcher, but there isn't much upside when he is asked to be anything more than that. Scott will become an restricted free agent this offseason, but with big turnover potentially coming for the Eagles, it is unclear whether the front office plans to retain him or not. The decision is unlikely to affect fantasy managers in 2021.

Replacing Miles Sanders again Scott is expected to lead the Philadelphia backfield Sunday against Washington, as teammate Miles Sanders has been ruled out with a knee injury.

Impact Scott played 56, 69 and 66 percent of the offensive snaps in the three other games Sanders missed this season, averaging 12 carries for 50.3 yards and 2.3 catches for 24.7 yards, with his one touchdown being a game-winning reception Week 7 against the Giants. Scott now gets another chance to strut his stuff in a primetime game, though any of Corey Clement, Jason Huntley and Jordan Howard could also have a role in the game plan.

Impact Scott saw his fewest carries since Week 5 but made the most of them, as he gained as many yards as he had in any of his past four contests. With Miles Sanders healthy, the 25-year-old is looking at a similar role in Week 17 against Washington.

Impact Scott has seen single-digit touches in five straight games. Meanwhile, Miles Sanders and Jalen Hurts garnered 32 rushing attempts between them Sunday, suggesting Scott's role in the offense isn't likely to grow due to the switch at quarterback.

Impact Scott trailed only Dallas Goedert for Philadelphia's team lead in receptions. Despite the presence of Miles Sanders ahead of him on the depth chart, Scott has persisted as a useful change-of-pace threat, with his versatility as a pass-catcher working as an added bonus. Look for him to remain in the mix as a complementary piece in Week 13 versus the Packers.

Produces 50 scrimmage yards Scott carried five times for 24 yards and caught all three of his targets for an additional 26 yards during Sunday's 22-17 loss to the Browns.

Impact Scott averaged a respectable 4.8 yards per carry and once again made an impact as a pass-catcher out of the backfield. He had at least 74 scrimmage yards in each of his previous three games and, although he took a step back in this one, he made the most of his touches even as Miles Sanders got the ball 19 times in this one. Up next is a Monday night matchup against the Seahawks and Scott could see a few extra passes thrown his way if Philadelphia finds itself playing from behind for most of the game.

Despite the impressive run, Scott touched the ball only once more the remainder of the game, making it clear that Sanders is the lead back so long as he remains healthy.
