Impact Fangio relayed that since Bortles only has two practices with the team, it's not realistic for him to start so soon. As a result, either Jeff Driskel or Brett Rypien will be under center to start Thursday's game. If one or both falters, however, Bortles could enter the competition ahead of Week 5's matchup against the Patriots.
