Impact Ellis signed a reserve/future contract with the Cardinals in January, after joining their practice squad in November. The extent of Ellis' injury is not yet known, but it's certainly at least a hiccup in Ellis' quest to earn a spot on the Cardinals' roster for the upcoming season.
