It didn’t take long for drama to break out on the Streets of St. Petersburg at the Verizon IndyCar Series season-opener.

Will Power led the field away for the first of 110 laps Sunday afternoon, but the race was under yellow before the field even completed Lap 1 for a multi-car crash in the middle of the field.

The incident kicked off after contact between Graham Rahal and Charlie Kimball, with Carlos Munoz also getting caught up in the wall. Mikhail Aleshin and Helio Castroneves also got a minor piece of the incident.
