Assigned to Triple-A Lin has been assigned to Triple-A Reno and will make his season debut Thursday.

Impact Lin needed time to build up his stamina after completing a military obligation back in his native Taiwan. The left-hander posted a 4.05 ERA and 101:38 K:BB over 104.1 innings covering 21 starts in the minors in 2024.

Still building up Lin is still building up after a late arrival to spring training, Sam Dykstra of MLB Pipeline reports.

Impact Lin had a military obligation back home in Taiwan, so he is behind Arizona's other pitching prospects in preparing for the 2025 season. Once fully built up, Lin should be assigned to Triple-A Reno after making 30 starts for Double-A Amarillo the past two seasons.

Impact The 20-year-old lefty had gotten off to a rough start to the season for Amarillo before landing on the IL, accruing a 7.00 ERA, 1.78 WHIP and 21:5 K:BB in 18 innings over four starts.
