Homers in big win Reyes went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 10-5 win over Cleveland.

Impact Reyes was one of three Detroit players to go deep in the big win, which snapped a 20-game losing streak to Cleveland. The 25-year-old outfielder is now slashing a respectable .275/.315/.420 with two home runs in 23 games, and with Christin Stewart and Cameron Maybin both struggling, Reyes could earn more playing time in the corner outfield spots for the Tigers.

Impact With a southpaw (Gio Gonzalez) on the hill for Chicago, Reyes moved from the bottom half of the lineup to the No. 2 spot in the order while the lefty-hitting Christin Stewart received the day off. Reyes should continue to benefit from more favorable lineup assignments versus lefties, but he'll at least remain a fixture in the starting nine versus righties. He'll man right field and hit sixth Wednesday in the series finale, marking Reyes' ninth consecutive start.
