Impact Miller and Jesus Tinoco joined the team as replacement players after Glenn Otto and Mitch Garver landed on the COVID-19 injured list. Miller has worked as both a starter and a reliever for Triple-A Round Rock, though he won't be making Otto's scheduled start Friday against the White Sox, as the team will instead go with a bullpen game.

Reinstated, sent down Miller was reinstated from the COVID-19 injured list and optioned to the alternate training site Wednesday, Tony Andracki of Marquee Sports Network reports.

Impact Miller had been on the COVID-19 IL since the start of the regular season, but he'll now build up in Arizona before returning to game action. Once Miller is built up, it's not yet clear whether he'll pitch in the majors or with Triple-A Iowa.
