Inks minor-league deal with Angels Walker and the Angels agreed on a minor-league contract Thursday.
Impact Walker will return to the Angels' organization after being released by the team Sunday, and he will report to Triple-A Salt Lake. The right-hander made one appearance with Salt Lake on June 4, tossing 4.2 innings, allowing two runs on five hits and three walks while striking out three.

Impact Walker was cut by the Phillies in late April after accumulating a 9.13 ERA and 2.07 WHIP through 22.2 innings. He'll now attempt to rebound with the Halos and report to the team's complex in Arizona, presumably to work on his mechanics. If the 33-year-old can rebound nicely in the minors, he could join Los Angeles' rotation at some point.
