Jo Adell - Supplies walk off hit Adell went 1-for-4 with a walk off three-run double in Sunday's 5-4 win over the Giants.
Impact Adell picked an opportune time for his first hit of the afternoon. He timed up a two-strike slider versus Ryan Walker and lined it into the gap in left field to clear the bases and cap off a four-run comeback in the ninth inning. It's the third game this season for Adell with three-plus RBI. Outside of those three games, he's totaled just two RBI and two extra-base hits.

Zach Neto - Goes deep Sunday Neto went 1-for-3 with a solo homer, two RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's win over the Giants.
Impact Neto got the Angels on the board in the fifth with a solo blast off Justin Verlander. He was then right in the thick of the team's four-run ninth inning comeback with an RBI and scoring the winning run. Both of Neto's hits have gone for extra bases through his first three starts of the year, adding more power to a lineup that's fourth in baseball with 33 home runs.

Yusei Kikuchi - Navigates around poor command Kikuchi allowed one run (zero earned) on five hits and four walks while striking out six in 5.1 innings Sunday against the Giants. He did not factor into the decision.
Impact Kikuchi was unable to reach six innings for the first time this season but had another solid outing. He was able to escape a scoring threat in the fourth and recorded struck out the side in the fifth despite also allowing an unearned run. The Angels have not yet won a game in which Kikuchi has started, but he's been worth every penny they've paid him thus far with a 3.38 ERA through five starts. Kikuchi lines up to face the Twins on the road in his upcoming start over the weekend.

Ryan Walker - Surrenders four runs in ninth Walker (0-1) took the loss Sunday versus the Angels, allowing four runs on three hits and a walk while striking out a batter as his only out recorded.
Impact Walker entered protecting a three-run lead and proceeded to blow his first save of the season. A walk and two singles loaded up the bases for the Angels with one out. Walker plunked Zach Neto to make it a 4-2 game and Jo Adell followed with a double in the left field gap to clear the bases for the walk-off win. It was an uncharacteristically bad outing from Walker, who had not given up a run since his season debut nor allowed more than one hit in any of his appearances before Sunday.

Justin Verlander - Records quality start Verlander allowed one run on two hits and two walks in six innings Sunday in a no decision against the Angels. He struck out six.
Impact Verlander's lone run allowed was a fifth-inning solo blast against Zach Neto to knot the game at one. Verlander exited in line for the win after tossing 98 pitches but was left hanging after the Angels put up three runs in the ninth to walk it off. The 42-year-old put together a much-needed quality start after being tagged for 13 runs (12 earned) in his last 13.2 innings. Verlander will be in search of his first win this season in a home start versus the Rangers over the weekend.

Heliot Ramos - Reaches base four times Ramos went 2-for-3 with a double, two walks and two runs scored in Sunday's loss to the Angels.
Impact Ramos doubled and then scored in the fifth for the game's first run. It was his second time this season reaching base four times and his first time with a positive BB:K in a game. Ramos has hit safely in six of his last seven games but sits at a .231 average on the season.

Tyler Fitzgerald - Swipes bag Sunday Fitzgerald went 1-for-2 with two walks, a stolen base and a run scored in Tuesday's loss to the Angels.
Impact Fitzgerald capped off his excellent week by reaching base three times and swiping his fifth bag of the year. It was only the second time in his career he's taken multiple walks in a game, and he had just three walks in 18 games coming into Sunday. Fitzgerald has been surging at the plate and is batting .400 over his last 10 games with five extra-base hits, six RBI and seven runs.
