Impact Huff appeared in 20 games for the Giants last season, posting a .598 OPS with a pair of home runs and a 43.1 percent strikeout rate. The 28-year-old will provide some experienced catching depth for the Orioles at Triple-A Norfolk.

Impact Huff has slashed only .208/.259/.340 as the Giants' backup catcher, which wasn't good enough especially since he's known more for his bat than his defense. Andrew Knizner has been added to the roster as the new No. 2 catcher.
