Impact Getting another start at second base, this time batting seventh against future Hall of Famer Gerrit Cole, Seigler got good wood on a 97.3 mph fastball in the second inning and lofted it the other way over the Green Monster. It was the first career homer for the 27-year-old in his 44th big-league game, and over eight straight starts for an injury-ravaged Red Sox infield, Siegler's batting .333 (9-for-27) with two doubles, two RBI and five runs in addition to Saturday's long ball.

Aroldis Chapman - Notches 16th save Chapman walked one and struck out one in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday to record his 16th save of the season in a 4-1 win over the Yankees.
Impact The veteran closer picked up his second save of the series against the club he racked up 153 with between 2016 and 2022, the most of any of the seven teams Chapman's suited up for in his big-league career. Chapman's only blown save of the season came at Coors Field last week, and over 23.2 innings so far this year he's produced a 1.90 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 30:11 K:BB.

Impact The rookie southpaw tossed 87 pitches (59 strikes) en route to his second straight quality start. Bennett, who was acquired from the Nationals over the winter, has proven to be find for the Red Sox, and through his first six big-league outings he's delivered a 3.27 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 25:7 K:BB through 33 innings. He'll try to stay sharp in his next start, which is set to come on the road next weekend against the Angels.
