Impact Smith missed out on the Baltimore's Opening Day roster and has now lost his spot on the 40-man roster without making his big-league debut. The 24-year-old has appeared in two games for Norfolk this year and has allowed two earned runs on five hits with a 3:6 K:BB across 7.2 innings.
