ImpactDungan suffered the injury in an at-bat Thursday and will require surgery. The typically recovery timeline is a minimum of three months, so the 26-year-old is unlikely to play for any team until the middle of the season at the earliest. Dungan was a non-roster invitee with the Royals this spring, so he'll likely report to Triple-A Omaha once he's cleared to play.

ImpactThe 30-year-old first baseman slashed .276/.405/.448 in the spring and will return to Triple-A, where he boasted a 1.262 OPS in 2021. If Ravelo can maintain a similar level of success in the minors, there's a solid chance he returns to the big leagues at some point this season.

ImpactKerr spent most of last season in El Paso as well, logging a 5.08 ERA and 1.84 WHIP in 44.1 innings. He was able to limit runs a bit better during the spring, but allowing seven hits and four walks over 4.2 innings indicates there is plenty of work yet to be done for the 28-year-old lefty.
