Impact Despite coming off the bench Saturday, Rojas registered his second career four-RBI effort. He's looking to make a case for more playing time, hitting safely in each of his last three games since being recalled from the minor leagues. Through 91 major-league plate appearances, Rojas is still slashing a pedestrian .247/.281/.365 with two homers, 13 RBI, one stolen base and nine runs scored.

Back in big leagues The Royals recalled Rojas from Triple-A Omaha on Thursday.

Impact Rojas has posted just a .556 OPS across 80 plate appearances in the majors this season, but he'll get the call to rejoin the big club to make up for the loss of Michael Massey (concussion). Rojas will likely serve primarily as bench depth while Tyler Tolbert receives the majority of starts at second base going forward.
