Nets MiLB pact with Angels The Angels signed Ynoa to a minor-league contract Thursday, Taylor Blake Ward of The Sporting Tribune reports.

Impact Ynoa spent much of the 2025 season pitching in the Mexican League following a brief stint in the Twins organization at Triple-A St. Paul, where he allowing eight runs (five earned) over 4.1 innings. The 27-year-old hasn't pitched in the big league since 2022 and has struggled with elbow and shoulder woes since then.

Signs in Mexican League Ynoa signed a contract with the Leones De Yucatan of the Mexican League on Monday.

Impact Ynoa was cut loose by the Twins in April after allowing five earned runs in 4.1 innings at Triple-A St. Paul. The 26-year-old will now continue his playing career south of the border and could get looks from MLB organizations again if his time in Mexico goes well.
