Impact Enns made five rehab appearances in Triple-A after landing on the injured list with a foot infection, during which he allowed four earned runs on five hits and no walks while striking out 10 batters over 6.1 innings. He'll presumably claim a middle-relief role in Baltimore's bullpen now that he's healthy, and the Orioles will send Tyler Wells to the minors to make room for Enns on the active roster.

The left-hander has been on the injured list since early April due to a left foot infection, but it appears a return to the Orioles before the end of the month is in the cards if all continues to go well in the minors.

Impact Enns landed on the 15-day injured list April 6 due to a left foot infection. He has recovered enough to go on a rehab assignment and shouldn't need more than a couple of outings before returning to the majors. Enns appeared in three games prior to his IL stint, allowing two runs on two hits and five walks while striking out seven across 4.1 innings.

Re-ups with Baltimore The Orioles re-signed Enns to a one-year contract with a club option for 2027 on Monday.

Impact Baltimore had a $3 million club option on Enns for 2026, but instead of picking that up it has hammered out a new deal with the left-hander. Enns was acquired by the Orioles via trade in late July and pitched well for them down the stretch, holding a 3.14 ERA and 34:11 K:BB over 28.2 frames. The southpaw will likely open 2026 in the bullpen, though he also offers the flexibility to be used as a starting pitcher.
