Impact Coulombe was reinstated from the 15-day IL on Friday, but he aggravated his hip injury during his relief appearance against the Royals in which he allowed a run on two hits and two walks in one-third of an inning. The southpaw had a fairly brief stint on the injured list recently, but it's not yet clear whether he'll be forced to miss more time during his current absence.
