Impact The 28-year-old walked Yadiel Hernandez to open the inning but retired the next two batters including a game-ending double play by Luis Garcia to escape unscathed. He is now 10 of 16 in save opportunities this season. Estevez has been far from elite though, allowing at least one baserunner in 21 of his last 22 outings.

Impact Estevez was able to make a one-run lead stand in the ninth inning despite putting runners on the corners with two outs. The right-hander is now 7-for-8 in save chances since he took over as Colorado's primary closer in late August, although he's yielded six runs on 14 hits and four walks in 10.2 innings since Aug. 27. For the year, he has nine saves, a 4.34 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 57:20 K:BB in 56 innings.
