Selected from Salt Lake
The Angels selected Teodosio's contract from Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.
Impact
After cutting LaMonte Wade on Saturday, the Angels will call up Teodosio from Triple-A to help replenish the big club's outfield depth. The 26-year-old missed nearly three months of the minor-league season with an injury, but he still owns a strong .321/.368/.491 slash line through 58 plate appearances in Triple-A. He'll make his season debut Saturday as the Angels' center fielder and bat ninth.

Sent packing from big-league camp
The Angels reassigned Teodosio to minor-league camp Tuesday.
Impact
The 25-year-old outfielder received his first big-league call-up last September and went 1-for-12 over five games with the Angels before being shut down for the season due to a fractured ring finger. After the Angels non-tendered him in November, Teodosio re-signed with the club on a minor-league deal that included an invitation to big-league camp, but he faced long odds to win a spot on the Opening Day roster. He'll likely open the season at Triple-A Salt Lake.

No contract from Halos
Teodosio was non-tendered by the Angels on Friday.
Impact
Teodosio reached the majors in 2024, but his brief debut was cut short by a finger injury. He's failed to post an above-average wRC+ in the upper levels of the minors, suggesting he'll likely be limited to a non-roster invitation to spring training.

Won't return this season
The Angels announced Sept. 17 that Teodosio (finger) will miss the remainder of the 2024 campaign, per MLB.com.
Impact
Teodosio fractured his right finger on a bunt attempt against the Twins on Sept. 10. Though he initially remained in that contest, the rookie outfielder was placed on the injured list five days later. Teodosio finishes his first cup of coffee in the majors having gone 1-for-12 with a run and five strikeouts over five games.

Lands on injured list
The Angels placed Teodosio on the 10-day injured list Sunday due to a right middle finger fracture.
Impact
Teodosio made an appearance as a pinch runner Saturday in his first appearance since he suffered the minor finger fracture Tuesday, and he'll now be sidelined for at least the next 10 days. The 25-year-old will be eligible to return for the final five games of the regular season, though it's unclear if he's expected to be healthy by that point.

Out again Saturday
Teodosio (finger) isn't in the Angels' lineup Saturday against the Astros, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Impact
Teodosio hasn't played since suffering a small fracture on his right middle finger Tuesday, and although the team is hopeful he'll be able to return to the lineup soon, a trip to the injured list may be in store for the 25-year-old if he's unable to play Sunday. Taylor Ward, Mickey Moniak and Jordyn Adams will make up Los Angeles' outfield trio while Teodosio watches Saturday's game from the bench.

Dealing with minor finger fracture
Teodosio has a small fracture in his right middle finger but isn't expected to go on the injured list and could return this weekend, per MLB.com.
Impact
The injury happened when Teodosio attempted to bunt in the seventh inning of Tuesday's loss to the Twins. The outfielder was hit on his right finger on that attempt but stayed in the game and notched is first MLB base knock (a single) on the next pitch. Teodosio exited the game in the bottom of that frame and got X-rays, which revealed the fracture. For that reason, Teodosio didn't play Wednesday, but manager Ron Washington indicated that the rookie is unlikely to land on the IL and could be back in the lineup as soon as this weekend.

Garnering third straight start
Teodosio will start in center field and bat ninth in Monday's game against the Twins, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.
Impact
He'll pick up a third consecutive start in center field following his promotion from Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday. Teodosio has gone hitless with three strikeouts in five at-bats through his first two MLB contests, which has thus far prevented him from putting his speed on display on the bases. The 25-year-old projects to deliver most of his fantasy value in the stolen-base department, as he pilfered 39 bags in 43 attempts at Salt Lake this season but was a below-average hitter in the Pacific Coast League (.757 OPS, 89 wRC+) and slugged only five home runs in 462 plate appearances.
