Removed from 40-man roster Dixon cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A El Paso on Saturday.

Impact Dixon was optioned to Triple-A in mid-July and has now lost his place on San Diego's 40-man roster after the organization's additions at the trade deadline. The 31-year-old made 33 appearances with the Friars this year and posted a .573 OPS in 79 at-bats.
