Impact The rookie is putting the finishing touches on a solid June. Through 24 games on the month, Witt has a .264/.324/.505 slash line with five of his 11 homers and five of his 12 steals in addition to 14 RBI and 17 runs. While there could be more growing pains ahead, the 22-year-old could also be gearing up for a very big second half.

Impact Witt notched an RBI double in the first inning and another one in the third frame before later adding a third double in the seventh. The three-hit effort was his second straight and he has produced multiple hits three times in his last five contests. Over that stretch, Witt has batted .435 with six extra-base hits including two homers, eight RBI, five runs and a stolen base. The rookie seems to rounding into form as the calendar turns to June.
