Brandon Eisert - Back in big leagues The White Sox recalled Eisert from Triple-A Charlotte on Thursday.

Impact Eisert will return to a middle-relief role in Chicago's bullpen after allowing one run in 3.2 innings over his first four appearances at Triple-A. Duncan Davitt will make the trip to the majors with Eisert, and the two pitchers will replace Tyler Schweitzer and Chris Murphy (elbow) on the big-league staff.

Duncan Davitt - Receives first MLB call-up The White Sox recalled Davitt from Triple-A Charlotte on Thursday.

Impact Davitt will join the big club for the first time in his career with Chris Murphy (elbow) bound for the injured list and Tyler Schweitzer headed back to the minors. The 26-year-old Davitt hasn't quite gotten off to a fantastic start this year, giving up seven earned runs over eight innings across his first two starts at Charlotte. Although he's operated exclusively as a starter since 2024, his recent struggles could cause him to begin his MLB career in the bullpen.

Tyler Schweitzer - Returns to Charlotte The White Sox optioned Schweitzer to Triple-A Charlotte on Thursday.

Impact Schweitzer was brought up for his MLB debut Wednesday, but he'll be sent back to the minors after giving up one earned run on two hits and a walk over 1.1 innings against the Orioles. Duncan Davitt and Brandon Eisert will join the White Sox's bullpen to replace Schweitzer and the injured Chris Murphy (elbow).

Chris Murphy - Placed on injured list The White Sox placed Murphy on the 15-day injured list Thursday with a left elbow impingement, retroactive to Wednesday.

Impact Murphy gave up one earned run on a solo homer in two-thirds of an inning during his last appearance Tuesday, and he appears to have come away from his latest outing with a nerve issue in his elbow. He'll be sidelined for at least the next two weeks as a result, and the White Sox will bring Duncan Davitt and Brandon Eisert up from Triple-A Charlotte to replenish their bullpen depth.
