This year, however, it is missing the Nos. 1 and 2 players in the world (Justin Rose and Brooks Koepka). … Tim O’Neal received the Charlie Sifford exemption to promote advancement in diversity. … Bubba Watson has won at Riviera three of the last five years. … Phil Mickelson changed his plans and entered the tournament.
