Falters over weekend
Power posted a one-under 71 on Sunday at the Farmers Insurance Open to finish tied for 11th place.
Impact
Power was in solo second heading into the weekend, where he was unable to get much going at Torrey Pines South with only five birdies across the final two rounds en route to scores of 74-71 to narrowly fall out of the top-10. He led the field in SG: Around-the-green and putting across three rounds at the South Course, but he lost a whopping 6.4 strokes on approach. Power has now made the cut in 11 consecutive PGA Tour starts.

Eighth in SG: APP at Waialae
Power fired a six-under 64 on Sunday at the Sony Open in Hawaii to finish six-under and tied for 31st.
Impact
Power racked up seven final-round birdies at Waialae Country Club, and he ultimately ranked eighth among the field in SG: Approach and fourth in total feet of putts made for the tournament. However, the Irishman converted just eight of 17 scrambling opportunities en route to 11 bogeys and a double across 72 holes. Power is slated to tee it up again this week at The American Express where he tied for 14th during his most recent appearance back in 2022.

Over par finish in Bermuda
Power closed with a final round two-over 73 on Sunday of the Butterfield Bermuda Championship to finish seven-under par and tied for 11th place.
Impact
Following three straight rounds in the 60s, Power struggled down the stretch in the final round of the Butterfield Bermuda Championship. He finished his day bogeying four out of his last five holes, which was attributed to his inability to find the fairway off the tee, as he missed the fairway in his last three holes. For the day Power hit only 7 of the 14 fairways, ranking him in a tie for 30th in driving accuracy among the field in the final round. Despite the poor outing in his final round, Power's three other rounds in the 60s allowed him to finish in a tie for 11th, and collect his best finish of the fall season.

Surges with Sunday 66
Power jumped into a share of eighth place after firing a five-under 66 in the final round of the Valspar Championship.
Impact
Although Power was never in contention this week, that didn't stop him from tying for the low round of the day Sunday in which he posted a bogey-free front-nine and had seven birdies on the round. He gained 2.8 strokes on approach Sunday and ranked fifth for the week in SG: Off-the-tee. It's Power's first top-10 of the year and third top-25 across seven starts.

Power closed with a three-under 69 on Sunday at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am to finish 11-under and tied for 17th.
Impact
Power posted a top-20 result in his return from a back injury that had kept him sidelined since a missed cut at the Sony Open in Hawaii, despite ranking just 58th among the field in SG: Putting this past week at Pebble Beach. The Irishman still averaged five birdies per round en route to the T17, and he'll tee it up again this week at the WM Phoenix Open where he placed T66-T20 the past two years.

Dealing with back injury
Power is contending with a recurring back ailment that forced him to withdraw from The American Express, Andy Roberts of GolfMagic.com reports.
Impact
Power withdrew from The American Express on Saturday, and now we know why. The Irish golfer has an extensive recent injury history, including a hip injury in 2023 and a back injury last season that also forced him to withdraw from the RSM Classic. Climbs leaderboard Sunday
Power fired a six-under 65 on Sunday at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship to finish tied for 23rd place.
Impact
Power was one of the betting favorites heading into the week but needed a strong back-nine on Friday just to make the weekend. He saved his best golf for Sunday with a bogey-free 65 that included four birdies and an eagle for the low round of the day. Power ranked third for the week in scrambling and dropped just six shots despite the windy conditions. He's had a consistent fall with four top-25s across five starts.
