Narrowly loses Tour card Hodges posted a four-under 66 on Sunday at The RSM Classic to finish in a share of fourth place.

Impact Starting the day four shots off the lead, Hodges carded pars on the first six holes to essentially fall out of contention but managed five birdies thereafter for the top-5 result. He impressed with his iron play in Sea Island, ranking eighth in SG: Approach and T1 in GIR. Unfortunately, he finished 101st in the FedExCup leaving him as the first person to miss out on a Tour card for 2026.

Impact Before the 2025 Cognizant Classic in February, Hodges withdrew from Palm Beaches without his withdrawal reason not being publicized. Now, it is, a rib injury that will force him to miss the upcoming PGA tournament. In place of Hodges is Bud Cauley.

Impact Hodges began Sunday's action among the top-10 and looked to be heading towards his third such result of the year until he hit two tee balls into the water on the 72nd hole, leading to a quadruple bogey to close his week. His 23 birdies across 72 holes ranked fifth for the tournament, but he failed to rank in the top-10 in any other statistical category.

Moves up 32 positions in final round Hodges carded a two-under 70 in the final round to finish in a tie for ninth place at the Farmers Insurance Open.

Impact Hodges moved up 32 places on the leaderboard with a really solid final round in tough conditions. He carded five birdies against three bogeys. Hodges had a great putting week gaining over 5.7 strokes on the greens which was the fifth-best mark in the field. This T9 finish combined with a T10 at the Sony Open and a T34 at the AmEx helped Hodges earn enough FedExCup points to get a spot in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am next week via the Aon Swing 5. It's a big opportunity for Hodges to get a shot at some extra FedExCup points and improve his position.

Finishes T16 in Japan Hodges posted a three-under 67 on Sunday at the ZOZO Championship to finish in a share of 16th place.

Impact Hodges carded four birdies in the final round en route to his fourth consecutive round in the 60s. He ranked third for the week in SG: Off-the-tee and was tied for first in GIR. Hodges continues to struggle with the putter, however, as he's now lost strokes on the greens in seven straight tournaments. It's his second top-20 result over his last three tournaments.
