Skipping Canadian Open
Poston has withdrawn from this week's RBC Canadian Open, Rob Bolton of PGATour.com reports.
Impact
Poston also withdrew from his U.S. Open Final Qualifier on Monday after winning the Memorial Tournament which moved him up to 39th in the OWGR. Poston will make it into the field at Shinnecock, so he can take a week off to celebrate his huge Signature Event win and focus all his upcoming attention to the U.S. Open. This win at Muirfield Village really came out of nowhere, as Poston had not finished better than T21 in any event in 2026. Ben Martin will take his spot in the field this week at the RBC Canadian Open.

Wins the Memorial Tournament
Poston beat Ryan Gerard on the second playoff hole to win the Memorial Tournament.
Impact
The Muirfield course proved to be a difficult one to navigate for the majority of the field, but Poston surged to the top of the leaderboard with a seven-under 65 in the second round that included six birdies on the front nine. He entered Sunday with a three-stroke lead, but he fell behind by one stroke after going three-over through 13 holes. Poston rebounded with back-to-back birdies on holes 14 and 15 and forced a playoff with another birdie on the par-4 18th. His 11-foot birdie putt on the first playoff hole missed to the right of the cup, but he was able to close things out on the second go with a par to Gerard's bogey to secure the fourth PGA Tour win of Poston's career and first since the 2024 Shriners Children's Open. Poston is currently listed in the field for the RBC Canadian Open next week, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him stay south of the border and prepare for the U.S. Open Championship, where he finished T33 in 2025 when the major was hosted at Oakmont.

Ninth in SG: OTT at Doral
Poston fired a four-under 68 on Sunday at the Cadillac Championship to finish three-under and tied for 49th.
Impact
Poston ranked T2 among the Signature Event field in driving accuracy and ninth in SG: Off-the-Tee at Doral, but he lost a collective 4.62 strokes on and around the greens while converting just seven of 19 total scrambling opportunities in Miami. Although he remains outside of the top-100 in the FedExCup standings, Poston will peg it again this week at the Truist Championship hosted by Quail Hollow, where he tied for fifth at last year's PGA Championship.

Loses five strokes putting at RBC
Poston carded a two-under 69 on Sunday at the RBC Heritage to finish three-under and tied for 60th.
Impact
Poston gained a collective five strokes on approach throughout his final two rounds at Harbour Town, but he finished the week ranked just 79th of 82 in SG: Putting and 81st in par-4 scoring. Despite an underwhelming MC-T21-T60 stretch from the Texas Children's Houston Open through the RBC Heritage, he's now gained north of two strokes from tee to green in each of his past three starts. Poston will not be in the field for the upcoming Zurich Classic of New Orleans.

Slump continues at TCHO
Poston missed the cut at the Texas Children's Houston Open by one stroke.
Impact
Poston dug himself in a hole after going three-over through his first five holes of the tournament. He didn't record a birdie over his final 31 holes, but his four made birdies over that span were not enough for him to make the weekend at Memorial Park. Poston has missed the cut in three of his last four tournaments and has failed to crack the top-30 in the vents where he did play all four rounds. He's in the field for the Valero Texas Open, where he's failed to crack the top-25 despite making the cut in all five of his prior outings.

Doesn't make weekend at Riviera
Poston missed the cut by two strokes at The Genesis Invitational after posting a two-over cumulative score.
Impact
Poston dug a hole for himself with a four-over 75 first round that included a five-over, five-hole stretch from holes six to 10, and that was too much of a hurdle to overcome for the 32-year-old American. It ended his streak of making the cut at eight events, with his last MC taking place at The Open Championship in July. He'll take a week off before teeing up at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, where he's made the cut in three of five outings (including T50 in 2025, his best finish at the signature event).

T37 at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Poston carded a one-under 71 on Sunday at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am to finish 11-under and tied for 37th.
Impact
Poston lost a collective 2.8 strokes on approach throughout his week at Pebble Beach and Spyglass Hill, but he posted his best SG: Around-the-Green performance since last June's U.S. Open. He's now placed T37-T35-T38 in his first three starts of the 2026 season, dropping from 58th to 63rd in the Official World Golf Ranking since the turn of the calendar year. Nonetheless, Poston will tee it up this week at Riviera Country Club for The Genesis Invitational where he tied for 10th in 2024.

Totals 19 par-breakers at WMPO
Poston fired a four-under 67 on Sunday at the WM Phoenix Open to finish six-under and tied for 35th.
Impact
Poston racked up seven final-round birdies at TPC Scottsdale, where he ultimately finished the week ranked top-20 among the field in both SG: Off-the-Tee and GIR percentage en route to 19 total par-breakers across 72 holes. He's now gained a collective 8.86 strokes ball striking through his first two starts of 2026, and Poston will be in attendance again this week for the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

T7 in GIR at Wyndham Championship
Poston closed with a four-under 66 on Sunday at the Wyndham Championship to finish 12-under and tied for 11th.
Impact
Poston played his first 17 holes in bogey-free fashion during Sunday's final round at Sedgefield Country Club, where he ultimately ranked top-10 among the field in both SG: Approach and GIR percentage for the tournament. The T11 result marked a solid rebound from back-to-back missed cuts at the John Deere Classic and The Open Championship, improving three spots to No. 51 in the FedExCup standings ahead of the playoffs.
