Poor second round at Colonial Li missed the cut by three strokes at the Charles Schwab Challenge after posting a two-over 72 score in the second round.

Impact Li registerd a one-under 69 in the opening round, and with the cut line set at two-under, he was well on his way to making it to the weekend after going three-under through the first 12 holes of the second round. However, Li proceeded to card bogeys in each of the next four holes before logging another bogey on the par-4 ninth, sinking his chances of making the cut at Colonial Country Club. He gained 2.64 strokes with his putter, but he struggled getting onto the green as he lost 4.05 strokes in his short game. It's the ninth time Li has missed the cut in 15 tournaments this season, including in eight of his last 10 events.

T35 at Aronimink Li carded an even-par 70 on Sunday at the PGA Championship to finish one-over and tied for 35th.

Impact Li gained a collective 4.52 strokes with his ball striking despite hitting just 23 of 56 fairways in regulation throughout his week at Aronimink, where he also finished fourth among the field in total feet of putts made en route to 12 birdies. After improving four spots to No. 95 in the FedExCup standings, Li now plans to make his CJ Cup Byron Nelson debut at TPC Craig Ranch.

Disaster on back nine at Augusta Li posted an eight-over 80 during the final round of The Masters to finish tied with Ryan Gerard and Jon Rahm for 38th.

Impact Li was in the top-10 of the leaderboard through three rounds at Augusta National and had an outside chance of capturing his first green jacket with a strong final round. He was even on the front nine with four birdies and four bogeys, but he completely collapsed on the back. It started with a triple bogey on the par-3 12th, and he was all over the place on the par-5 13th before mercifully ending the hole with a score of 10. Those two holes drove Li down the leaderboard by 31 spots. Li had the ninth-best SG: Off-the-Tee in the final round but lost 5.63 strokes in his Approach and lost 6.37 strokes from Tee-to-Green. He'll have at least one week off to collect himself, as he's not listed in the field for the RBC Heritage.

Impact Li went three-under his front nine during the opening round at TPC San Antonio. However, that hard work was thwarted by a triple bogey on the par-4 fourth hole, and he was unable to make up enough ground during the second round to make it to the weekend. Li has missed the cut in five of six PGA Tour events (including in each of his last four outings) following his T8-T11 finishes at The American Express and Farmers Insurance Open, respectively, in late January. That's not the kind of form you want heading into the first major of 2026. Li finished T32 and T43 at The Masters in 2018 and 2019, respectively, which are his lone two appearances at Augusta National.

Another missed cut Li missed the cut by two strokes at the Texas Children's Houston Open.

Impact Li posted back-to-back 70 scores over the first two days of the tournament, which wasn't enough for him to make the weekend. Li has missed the cut in each of his last three PGA Tour tournaments (and four out of his last five), a far cry from his form in January, when he finished T8 and T11 at The American Express and Farmers Insurance Open, respectively. Li will tee off at the Valero Texas Open next week, which will serve as a tune-up for The Masters on April 9. Li's lone appearance at TPC San Antonio was 2019, when he finished T52 with a four-under cumulative score.

In API field at last minute Li has been added to the field at this week's Arnold Palmer Invitational, PGA Tour Communications reports.

Impact Li was the first alternate at the third Signature Event of the season and pulled out of the Puerto Rico Open field this week to wait and see if there might be a last minute WD at Bay Hill. It turns out there was with Jake Knapp deciding to pull out with an undisclosed issue. Li will have the 12:05pm EST starting time for round one. He has a pair of top-15 finishes so far this season.

MARCH 5 • ROTOWIRE

Out of Puerto Rico Open field Li has withdrawn his name from the field for this week's Puerto Rico Open, Rob Bolton of PGATour.com reports.

Impact Li remains listed as first alternate for the upcoming Arnold Palmer Invitational after tying for 32nd this past week at PGA National, so it didn't make sense for him to travel to Puerto Rico for an opposite-field event. He'll be replaced in the PRO field by Adam Long.

MARCH 2 • ROTOWIRE

T32 finish at PGA National Li finished in a share of 32nd place at the Cognizant Classic following his four-under 67 in the final round.

Impact Li moved up 19 spots on the leaderboard thanks to his best round of the week. He gained the third-most strokes on the greens of any player in the field on Sunday. Li was solid, but not great from a ball striking perspective, which is a large reason for this somewhat middling result. Unfortunately, Li has now been bumped on the Aon Swing 5 list and is now the first alternate for the Arnold Palmer Invitational next week. He will probably wait it out and hope someone WD's instead of tying to play the alternate field event in Puerto Rico instead.

MARCH 2 • ROTOWIRE

T11 at Farmers Insurance Open Li posted a two-under 70 during the final round at the Farmers Insurance Open to finish tied for 11th.

Impact Li was consistent across his four rounds at Torrey Pines, but his final round Sunday ended up being his worst score of the tournament. His four bogeys were the lowest in the field, and he finished the tournament second in scrambling, T6 in SG: Total, T7 in GIR, eighth in SG: Approach to Green and in the top-20 in driving accuracy and SG: Off the Tee. Li has finished T55-T8-T11 in his first three Tour events of the 2026 season and will be in the field for next week's WM Phoenix Open, which will be his first career appearance at the event.

Top-10 finish at American Express Li finished in a five-way tie for sixth at The American Express with a cumulative score of 21-under.

Impact Li's best round of the tournament came Saturday, when he fired an eight-under 64. It was a strong performance from Li, who finished third in SG: Off the Tee, fifth in SG: Approach to Green and in the top-12 in scrambling, GIR, driving distance and driving accuracy. He has made the cut in each of the first two PGA Tour events of 2026 and sits 22nd in the FedEx Cup standings and 69th in the OWGR heading into the Farmers Insurance Open next week.

T55 at Sony Open in Hawaii Li shot a one-under 69 in the final round of the Sony Open in Hawaii to finish in a tie for 55th place.

Impact Li ranked second-to-last of all players who made the cut in SG: Putting, as he lost over 4.3 strokes on the greens. The ball-striking was actually pretty solid, however. Li is a 30-year-old rookie on the PGA Tour, but should be able to adapt quickly given that he has played all across the globe for some time. He'll hope to get the flatstick worked out at The American Express.
