Bumped from LIV for 2026 season Lee does not have a spot on LIV Golf for the 2026 season, Bob Harig of SI.com reports.

Impact Despite finishing just above the "Drop Zone" in 47th place in the individual standings last season, Lee did not have his contract renewed with LIV for 2026. LIV is adding five players this year as Wildcards with three coming via LIV Golf Promotions and two coming from the International Series Order of Merit. Lee will probably return to playing the Asian Tour this year.

Impact Despite his poor performance at Chatham Hills, Lee's four-spot cushion above the Drop Zone was enough for the him to avoid relegation from the LIV Golf league. He earned his spot for the 2025 season after winning the Promotional Event, and it's possible that he signs with another team rather spend another year as a Wild Card. Impact Lee overcame a three-over 74 opening round to go six-under over the final two days of the tournament. It's the second time he's finished in the top-15 at a LIV Golf tournament this season, and he currently sits just above the Drop Zone at 45th in the individual standings with 9.16 points. That should be enough for Lee to avoid relegation heading into LIV Golf Indianapolis this weekend, the final tournament of the 2025 regular season.
