Share of 13th at UNC Health
Brown posted a two-over 72 in the final round of the UNC Health Championship on the Korn Ferry tour to finish in a six-way tie for 13th.
Impact
Brown was in the top-5 of the leaderboard heading into Sunday, but the 19-year-old American struggled in the final round, ending his day with one double bogey, three bogeys and three birdies. He finished the tournament T3 in birdies, T6 in driving distance, ninth in both driving accuracy and SG: Off-the-Tee, 10th in SG: Around-the-Green and 12th in SG: Approach. However, it was Brown's putter that let him down, as he lost 2.9 strokes in that category (62nd). He earned PGA Temporary Membership following his T14 at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson last week, but he's striking a fine balance between playing on the PGA and Korn Ferry as he looks to earn permanent membership for the PGA in 2027. Brown is currently listed in the field for the BMW Charity Pro-Am on the Korn Ferry Tour next week.

Earns PGA Temporary Membership
Brown posted an 18-under cumulative score at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson to finish tied with Taylor Moore and Brooks Koepka for 14th.
Impact
Brown needed to finish solo 21st or better at TPC Craig Ranch to earn a Special Temporary Membership for the rest of the 2026 PGA Tour. He did just thanks to his five-under 66 opening round and six-under 65 score Saturday, and his four-under 67 on Sunday was enough for the 19-year-old to finish in the top-15. The Temporary Membership allows Brown to accept unlimited sponsor exemptions for the rest of the calendar year, though he said after the round that he plans to continue to play on the Korn Ferry Tour, including next week's event at the UNC Health Championship, per the PGA Tour's official site. Brown finished the tournament ranked T3 in GIR, eighth in SG: Approach and in the top-20 in both SG: Off-the-Tee and birdies.

10th in SG: Approach in Tampa
Brown carded a one-under 70 in the final round of the Valspar Championship to finish tied for 40th place.
Impact
While Brown never got himself into contention at the Valspar Championship, there were a lot of positives that Brown can build upon. On one of the more difficult courses on tour, Brown booked ended his week with two rounds under par. He began his week posting a solid two-under par 69 in a round that saw him make four birdies with only two bogeys. Brown then ended his week with a one-under 70 where he again collected four more birdies. His good play was thanks to tremendous ball striking, especially in the final round where Brown ranked 4th in the field in SG: Approach. For the week, Brown gained just over four strokes on his fellow competitors ranking 10th in the field. Brown is quickly making a name for himself as one of the Tour's bright young stars who may quickly become one of the better ball strikers on tour. As Brown continues to collect more starts, his potential only grows.

Solo third at Puerto Rico Open

Impact
Brown surged into contention after scoring 67-69 on Friday and Saturday, with his tournament highlighted by his 50-foot eagle putt on the par-5 14th hole during the third round. He opened the final round strongly with a four-under front nine and was five-under through 12 holes. However, his quest to become the youngest Tour winner in 95 years came crashing down after his bunker shot on the par-4 13th found the water, resulting in a triple bogey. Brown was unable to make up ground until his birdie on the par-4 18th, and while he couldn't keep up with Castillo, the former still did enough to capture his first top-3 finish at a Tour event. Brown is only 18 years old but has already put his name on the map this season, including his T18 finish at The American Express in January, when he was part of the final feature group with Si Woo Kim and tournament winner Scottie Schefler. Brown will likely spend most of the season on the Korn Ferry Tour but should see plenty of reps on the Tour schedule as well.

Gains big experience at Amex
Brown faded with a two-over 74 in the final round of The American Express to finish in a tie for 18th place.
Impact
Apart from another dominant win from Scottie Scheffler, Brown was really the story of the week. The 18-year-old went from The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic on the Korn Ferry Tour that wrapped Wednesday afternoon, all the way out to Palm Springs for The American Express to tee it up with no practice rounds not even 24 hours later. It was certainly an ambitious decision from the 18-year-old, but Brown turned professional last year and is not in position to turn down any spots in PGA Tour events he can get into. Brown nearly made history by breaking 60 in round two of The Amex, but he would par his final three holes to settle for a 12-under 60. Brown secured a spot in the final group on Sunday with a hot finish in round three that included three straight birdies on 16, 17 and 18. Brown finally seemed to run out of steam on Sunday after having played a competitive round in eight straight days, but he had to have gained a lot of experience in a big-time pressure spot against the No. 1 player in the world. Unfortunately, Brown played his final four holes in two-over, which means he fell out of the top 10 and he will not get a spot in next week's Farmers Insurance Open. He has a bright future ahead, but with no status on the PGA Tour as of now, Brown will likely do most of his golf on the Korn Ferry Tour.
