Second in SG: T2G in Minnesota Horschel carded a one-under 70 on Sunday at the 3M Open to finish 16-under and tied for 13th.
Impact Horschel not only paced the field in scrambling throughout his week at TPC Twin Cities, but he also ranked second in SG: Tee-to-Green on the way to 23 total birdies, despite losing 2.64 strokes with the putter. He had previously missed the cut in three consecutive starts from the U.S. Open through The Open Championship, so a top-15 result in Minnesota lends Horschel some much-needed positive momentum ahead of the upcoming Rocket Classic.

Sunk by bogey on 36th hole Horschel missed the cut at The Open Championship by one stroke following a one-over 71 in the second round.
Impact Horschel was right on the one-over cut line Friday after his birdie on the par-4 16th. However, his third shot on the 18th hole sailed to the back of the green, and he was unable to sink the 51-foot par putt needed to qualify for the weekend. Horschel has missed the cut in nine of 21 tournaments this season, including in each of his three major starts at the PGA Championship, U.S. Open and The Open Championship. He's in the field for the 3M Open next week, where he finished T13 in his lone outing at the event in 2023.

After rebounding from a missed cut at the Memorial Tournament while rising eight spots to No. 88 in the FedExCup standings, the 39-year-old now looks ahead to his 13th career U.S. Open appearance.

Will make 13th U.S. Open start Horschel qualified for the U.S. Open after shooting rounds of 68-65 in final qualifying at the Springfield, OH site.
Impact Horschel locked up one of the five spots available in Springfield by one shot with his seven-under-par total after 36 holes. Horschel has been trying to work his way back this year to being a Top 50 player after he missed the second half of last season with a hip injury. He only has two top-25s in 2026, one of which was a T6 at the Zurich Classic team event. Horschel will make his 13th career U.S. Open start next week at Shinnecock. He was not in the field when it was held there in 2018. Horschel is also playing the RBC Canadian Open this week.

Tied for sixth at Zurich Classic Horschel and and teammate Tom Hoge carded a cumulative score of 27-under at the Zurich Classic to finish tied for sixth place.
Impact Horschel and Hoge were great teammate in New Orleans, especially in their Thursday and Saturday two Best Ball rounds where they were a combined 19-under. In addition to great play on Thursday and Saturday, the two also hung a pair of four-under par 68s in Friday and Sunday's Alternate Shot format. For the week, they made 28 birdies and two eagles which kept them in contention all week long. The top-10 finish for Horschel is his first of the season and moves him to 78th place in the FedEx Cup standings. Horschel will look to build off of this good momentum when he makes his next official start.

Jumps into top-15 at API Horschel fired a four-under 68 during the final round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational to finish in a five-way tie for 13th.
Impact Horschel's final round started out poorly with three consecutive bogeys, but he didn't drop a shot the rest of the way and finished with seven birdies over the final 15 holes, including one at the par-4 18th and three straight from holes 11 to 13. He gained 7.13 strokes with his putter at Bay Hill (second best) while also finishing 11th in SG: Around-the-Green, which made up for his nearly five missed strokes off the tee and in his approach. Horschel has made the cut in five of seven Tour outings this season, but his performance at the API was his first top-15 finish of 2026. He'll tee it off at THE PLAYERS Championship next week, where he's finished T42 or worse in each of his last five outings (including missed cuts in 2023 and 2024 and a withdraw in 2022).

Places 62nd at PGA National Horschel carded a three-over 74 on Sunday at the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches to finish one-over and alone in 62nd place.
Impact Horschel lost a season-worst 5.03 strokes from tee to green en route to nine total bogeys and four doubles or worse throughout his week at PGA National, though he ranked top-5 among the field in putting from inside 10 feet and Par-5: Birdie or Better Percentage. Horschel has yet to a record a single top-25 finish through his first six starts of the 2026 campaign, but he's been given a sponsor exemption for the upcoming Arnold Palmer Invitational where he tied for second in 2022.

T48 at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Horschel fired a three-under 69 on Sunday at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am to finish nine-under and tied for 48th.
Impact Horschel converted five of six scrambling opportunities during Sunday's final round at Pebble Beach, which was highlighted by an eagle on the par-5 18th hole where his 208-yard approach shot nestled 11 feet from the cup. However, Horschel lost 2.3 strokes with his irons throughout the week, and he ranked just 61st among the field in overall proximity. He's yet to post a top-25 result through his first five starts of the 2026 season.
