Impact Tosti gets into the field as the first alternate after Kevin Yu was forced to withdraw on Monday. Tosti will hope this event goes better for him after missing the cut in the opening three events to begin the 2026 season.

Impact Tosti has been sidelined from tournament action since a stretch of six consecutive missed cuts from the Charles Schwab Challenge through the Barracuda Championship, but he's slated to return for Q-School this week.

Another good showing in Houston Tosti finished in a share of fifth place at the Texas Children's Houston Open following a two-under 68 in the final round.

Impact Tosti came into the week really struggling having gone 68th-MC-MC-MC following a T10 finish at the Mexico Open. The good news was that he was coming to a course he has some confidence at after he finished T2 last year at Memorial Park. It was much the same this year with four strong rounds to finish in the top-five. Tosti ranked 14th in SG: Off-the-Tee and sixth in SG: Approach. Impact Tosti replaces a top contender in Akshay Bhatia, who withdrew from the Valspar Championship without citing a reason as to why. Tosti has struggled to get under par in each of his last three tournaments, something he will look to rectify come Valspar.

Impact Tosti was hoping for a better showing on Sunday, but a double-bogey on the par-4 10th really derailed any hope he had. Tosti was able to make a couple birdies coming home and secure the top-10 finish. Vidanta typically favors the bombers and Tosti was able to take advantage ranking seventh in SG: Off-the-Tee. Posts four rounds in the 60s Tosti carded a two-under 69 on Sunday at the Shriners Children's Open to finish in a share of ninth place.

Impact Tosti had a poor start to his final round with three bogeys in the first five holes but was able to rebound and post a fourth consecutive round in the 60s to hang onto a top-10 finish. He had a solid week all around, gaining shots in every strokes gained category including ranking third off the tee. It's only Tosti's second top-10 of the year, and he's firmly on the bubble for keeping his Tour card at 127th in the FedExCup Standings.
