
Robert Gottlieb serves as President, Marketing, FOX Sports, a position he was elevated to in September 2022.
As the company’s head of marketing since 2014, Gottlieb leads a team consisting of strategic planning, marketing services, consumer marketing, in-house and out-of-house creative and all aspects of the network’s on-air, off-air and consumer marketing efforts including television, print, online, radio and outdoor creative for FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Deportes and FOX Sports Digital assets.
Overseeing marketing strategy for the #1 leader in live sports programming, Gottlieb has developed and guided numerous notable campaigns across the biggest events in sports from the Super Bowl to the World Series. He’s responsible for the successful launch of the inaugural NTT INDYCAR SERIES which received widespread acclaim and attention, FOX’s immensely successful BIG NOON SATURDAY college football franchise, and award-winning campaigns for the men’s and women’s editions of the FIFA World Cup.
In addition to high-profile TV sports properties, Gottlieb has guided the marketing and brand-building efforts of businesses such as the FOX Super 6 gaming site and the launch of the United Football League (UFL).
The FOX Sports in-house creative group, with Gottlieb at the helm, has been widely recognized for excellence by industry peers, having won numerous honors and awards including multiple Sports Emmys, scores of Promax honors, 2020 Adweek Media Plan of the Year, 2021 Cynopsis Marketer of the Year and 2024 Cynopsis Marketing Team of the Year.
A New York native, Gottlieb graduated with a B.F.A. in film from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
